Gurgaon has come a long way from the late ninetees. Then Gurgaon was just some border town of Gurgaon, which had some industrial units. Now Gurgaon is the first destination for living in the NCR area. The most number of shopping malls are in Gurgaon, it has the largest call centre work force in the whole of India and houses some of the best corporate names in the whole world. Of late, online news sites are being dedicated to Gurgaon – www.gurgaon.com/content / www.gurgaon.net .
Ofcourse, these have resulted in some growth issues – rapid increase in infrastructure needs have resulted in some shortfall in supply – like electricity or water. Ofcourse I will agree some crime issues which are bigger than other issues in Gurgaon.
